  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar

  • 2 carrots, cut 1/2 inch long
  • 1 medium onion, quartered
  • 1 medium red and Yellow bell pepper, cut 1 inch squares
  • ½ cup cauliflower, in bite size pieces
  • ½ cup Brocolli
  • 1stalk celery, cut 1/2 inch long
  • 1 medium zucchini, cut to equal size as celery

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
