I have now become conscious and aware of my eating habits. This not only changed my thought process but also allowed a weight loss of around 2.5 kgs just by balancing food. I did Flab to Fab challenge Season 6 and could reduce more than 1kg of weight, good amount of inch loss from belly, no sweet cravings and gained lot of confidence and discipline, I have reduced fat and gained muscle with help of diet and exercise and very happy with my decision to enroll for this Program You rock Nirupama 😊👍👍
Firstly, I would like to thank Nirupama for her complete support, motivation and inclination to help and make others understand about healthy eating. I never thought i would b able to diet as i m a foodie and love to eat sweet! Being a sports person i always believed that only exercise can help me reduce weight…i became lazy when I could not stop my sweet cravings,when I saw weight reduction is nt easy after gaining 22kgs after my pregnency..But with the kind assistance of diet that Nirupama gave, made me follow it consistenly as i could c result just in the 1st week!!! She gave soooo many options to eat that i did nt even feel that I am dieting. Staying fit and eating healthy was always in my mind but Nirupama made me do and and it happend! The fitness program was wonderful.. i started loosing weight from 1st week and feeling light, getting fit into old dresses.. learnt a lot about a good diet and how it helps our body and moods…myth about diet food is now completly gone.. Nirupama all the time you wer there to resolve our each and every query. After following your diet plan…i bcm inspiration to my colleagues, friends and neighbours…they all have started walking and amend their eating habits… the biggest part is you kept us motivated all the time.. keeping details of everytthing even in videos.. thanks a ton for this program… all the best Nirupama…
Thanks a lot for your mentoring, because of which I understood that I used to eat meals which were not balanced. They were missing the most important factor i.e. protein. Also came to know how to do portion control. Have started feeling energetic… no hunger pangs or cravings. You gave so many options for breakfast, lunch, etc. It’s not at all monotonous. Also thanks for the continuous support, guidance and motivation. You share a lot of knowledge about nutrition, also fitness videos, recipes, etc…. Thanks for clearing many misconceptions. A wonderful opportunity to be healthy n inculcate good eating habits in life have been taught by Nirupama in this challenge. Special guidance and all time support from her helped me to continue this challenge till the end with lots of vigour n strength. Each day was fresher n fresher n full of enthusiasm. Slowly my energy increased and everything started going smooth. Apart from fat loss n wtloss the health aspect is marvellous in this program. Diet plans given by her were intersting n delicious… online support n live videos regarding exercise n workout give us a proper training about the importance n use of exercise in wtloss.. I wanted to learn to eat right… After joining this program my acidity has reduced and eating habits have improved. I have lost a few inches all over the body. Feeling great.. The process is structured, planned and works not immediately but takes its timr, exactly the way it should be. Was always on the heavier side of the scale all my childhood and teenage. The only time I lost weight was during exams when I ate less, however gained it after exams. This program taught me a new way of life which I am totally loving it. People around me are noticing the good change in me and am loving to fit back in those clothes which were put back in my wardrobe. The wegit loss program was quite effective . It helped me loose 4 kg in a month . More importantly it developed a zeal to be healthy. The diet plans were also good . There was no day where u will feel hungry . Overall an effective program . However would wish if there could be excercise sessions along with it rather than seeing videos and doing it by ourselves. Fantastic program by Nirupama making us so aware about out eating habits ,exercise types and so many myths busted.For example i always thought that fruits should be a part of weight loss program but Nirupama proved otherwise..She is very dedicated motivating and a thorough professional person.Have lost couple of kgs in a month program.I would also suggest her to include some exercise customized for individuals who have joint problems and cannot do lower body exercises or walk 10000 steps..

This is a fantastic diet program which helped me to reduce not only weight but also introduced a healthy life style in my life. To begin with we all have misconception about diet that it is eating boiled veggies and stay hungry. With Nirupama this myth or let’s say wrong impression has been cleared out. The plan with which she starts your diet is fun, healthy, tasty and filling. Experimenting with that is also another fun but that too in limits and under her guidance. Nirupama has been very motivating and the entire diet program helped a lot to love myself and respect myself. The weight loss journey was fun alongwith team it was fun to do exercises. Lost about 6kg in 28 days with a full belly and without bone crushing workouts. As I have started my journey by registering myself towards the HEALTH and FITNESS. Begin thyroid patients it was very difficult for me to lose weight but with program I have lost 2Kgs and many more inches so I fitted to my old clothes now. Also this program gave me motivation to do MORE with healthy living style. This program also solved my insomnia issue and my thyroid level got down from 9.21 to 2.8. I followed the diet plan for a month. I did lose a few kgs and had inches loss as well. More importantly I got introduced to healthy lifestyle and balanced diet. From the day one Nirupama has been very motivating. I was not sure that I will continue the diet plan after a week or two, but the diet plan was planned in such a way that I never felt like I was on a diet plan . Now I eat clean and exercise daily. Nirupama has done commendable job of providing so many pupil with clean nd healthy lifestyle .Being part of her 30 days flab of fab was fantastic..I must say it is not a successful completion but a successful beginning of my new nd improved lifestyle. .now I eat more clean drink more water ,I look fwd to gyming coz I have more energy ..I also hv developed a love of lifting .weights .
