– Juice of 2 Lemon

– Onion – 1, finely chopped

Ingredients

– 2 hearts lettuce, chopped

– 1 cup shredded carrots

– 2 ribs celery with greens, chopped

– 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

– 2 Tbsp Lemon juice

– 2 Tbsp Honey

– 2 Tbsp Vinegar

 

Ingredients

– 2 carrots, cut 1/2 inch long

– 1 medium onion, quartered

– 1 medium red and Yellow bell pepper, cut 1 inch squares

– 1⁄2cup cauliflower, in bite size pieces

– ½ cup Brocolli

– 1stalk celery, cut 1/2 inch long

– 1 medium zucchini, cut to equal size as celery

– 2 tablespoons flaxseed

Method

1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth
